Sportify provides software access and sports-service bookings. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
This page explains how the app and purchased services are delivered digitally.
1. APK delivery
Sportify Player is delivered as an Android APK download from the official Sportify website. The download begins after the user selects the Download APK button and completes any browser confirmation.
2. Academy plan activation
An academy plan is activated in the app after an online payment succeeds or, where cash is available, after the academy confirms receipt.
3. Tournament entry confirmation
A paid tournament entry is confirmed in the app after successful online payment or the organizer’s confirmation of an allowed cash payment.
4. Delivery problems
If the APK does not download or a paid plan or entry is not reflected in the app, contact Sportify Support with the account details and transaction reference.
